Due to our continued success, growth and expansion we are currently looking for a RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR and an OFFICE MANAGER.

RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic and resilient receptionist/administrator to join our busy and vibrant practice team at our newly refurbished Head Office in Cheltenham.

The successful applicant should have excellent customer service and administration skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Be able to work within a team and use their own initiative and multi task within a busy healthcare environment whilst maintaining a good sense of humour!

You will be part of our Administration team and alongside reception duties, you will be expected to complete a range of administration, co-ordination and customer services tasks. The office environment is fast paced with periods of high pressure but with a fun customer focused ethos. For many of our clients you will be the first impression they will receive of our practice.

We are a small but growing, tightly knit and caring company with a clear sense of purpose. We are therefore looking for a team player, someone who asks: what can I do to help? In return you can enjoy a role that really reflects our ethos and helps set the tone for interactions on a daily basis.

The role of receptionist can be challenging so this position will suit somebody with a cheerful outlook, personal resilience and excellent communication skills.

OFFICE MANAGER
We are also looking for a strong Office Manager who is a proven people manager and general office manager with a pro-active, enthusiastic and resilient personality to join and lead our busy and vibrant practice team at our newly refurbished Head Office in Cheltenham.

The successful applicant should be an experienced office manager in customer focused and high pressure environments. Successful applicants will be able to lead a small growing team of administrators and customer focused individuals, have exceptional organisational skills and strong stakeholder management skills.

You will be part of practice management team but be hands on, lead from the front and take responsibility for day to day management of a very busy and fun office environment. For many of our clients you, and your team, will be the first impression they will receive of our practice.

The role of Office Manager is demanding and challenging so this position will suit somebody with a can do attitude, and excellent communication skills coupled with strong management capability.
