Clevedon Hearing Clinic
EAR WAX REMOVAL, HEARING TESTS & HEARING AIDS IN CLEVEDON
Every Wednesday we run a hearing clinic available to anyone, located at Tudball Opticians in Clevedon. The clinic has been up and running since May 2022 and we are so pleased to be able to provide, and continue providing vital hearing services to the community.
Audiologist Andrew Bird is the practicing clinician. Andrew has been dispensing hearing aids since 2003, and formed Andrew Bird Hearing in 2007 which enabled him to provide the very best quality of service possible.
Our hearing tests are no obligation and completely free of charge. By the end of the hour long appointment (which includes a test & consultation) conducted by Andrew, you will have a comprehensive analysis of your hearing and a breakdown of what the results mean for you.
To begin, we will discuss your hearing and any relevant information about yourself that could have had or may currently have an impact, such as exposure to loud noise at work or persistent use of headphones.
We will then discuss relevant solutions available to you, explain how hearing aids work and which type would be best suited to your particular type of hearing loss.
After thoroughly checking your ears we will then demonstrate a suitable hearing system, so that you may experience the level of improvement that we can expect to achieve.
You will be played a series of sounds through headphones and asked to press a button each time you hear one, no matter how quiet or faint.
The results of this test will allow us to analyse and interpret your hearing loss (if any) and identify areas of your life expected to be affected the most.
Following this, we can look at the various styles and sizes of hearing aids that suit your lifestyle, budget and cosmetic preferences.
Together we will discuss how you feel about your hearing and the hearing solutions available to you.
We have access to the latest technology of hearing aids and
as an independent company, have the advantage of being
able to dispense any brand or model of hearing aid on
We understand that hearing aids can be daunting,
so one of our experienced Audiologists will work
with you to find a perfect device that suits your
