In an emergency today, when one of my very crucial hearing aids had been damaged and was inoperative, Rob at Andy Bird not only came and collected it from me at my workplace but arranged for it to be repaired and dropped it back to me, at home, approximately 3 hours later! Genuinely excellent service, and with a smile too! Thank you so much.
