Liam joined the team in 2014 as a trainee and has since become fully qualified, achieving a distinction in his qualifications. Liam has adopted the “client first” approach that is at the core of Andrew Bird Hearing. Liam is a keen sportsman and fitness enthusiast and tries his best to instill those values onto the rest of the team.

In an emergency today, when one of my very crucial hearing aids had been damaged and was inoperative, Rob at Andy Bird not only came and collected it from me at my workplace but arranged for it to be repaired and dropped it back to me, at home, approximately 3 hours later! Genuinely excellent service, and with a smile too! Thank you so much.

Superb customer service from the very friendly reception team to the very professional Andrew Bird himself. Definitely worth coming here rather than waiting for weeks on the NHS. These guys are prepared to go the extra mile with good humour and real expertise.
