Hearing aids purchased from Andrew Bird Hearing come with free aftercare for 5 years.
Includes: Hearing aid check, adjustment & annual retest appointments
Repairs
An Audiologist will check your hearing aid first to see if it can be repaired in-house before being sent away.
Repair (in warranty) - £0
Hearing aid(s) will be sent to the manufacturer to repair under warranty
Repair (out of warranty) - £160* per aid
*cost may be more depending on the required parts

Even if you didn’t get your hearing aids from us we can still provide servicing and repairs.
Servicing & Adjustments
Initial Consultation (required) - £200
An hour long appointment consisting of a hearing test and hearing aid adjustments
Appointments after consultation - £75
Hour long appointments to service your hearing aids.
Repairs
