Andrew Bird

Audiologist

Andy has been dispensing hearing aids since 2003. He formed his own company in 2007 which enabled him to provide the very best quality of service possible. >>

In addition to the hearing assessments, Andy also provides wax removal services. When he is not working, Andy enjoys spending time with his young family.

Robert Bird

Audiologist

Rob joined us in September 2017 and has since qualified with Aston University to become an Audiologist. >>

Rob lives in Gloucester with his family and enjoys swimming and rugby. Bringing our Bird count to two, Rob is Andy’s brother.

Liam Halliday

Audiologist

Liam joined the team in 2014 as a trainee and has since become fully qualified, achieving a distinction in his qualifications. >>

Liam has fully embraced the “client first” approach that is at the core of the Andrew Bird Hearing company culture. Liam is a keen sportsman and fitness enthusiast, and tries his best to instil those values into the rest of the team.

Elena Feeney

Audiologist

Elena joined the company a year ago and has been a qualified audiologist and hearing therapist, for the last 20 years, previously working within the NHS. She enjoys all aspects of her role and being part of the Andrew Bird Team. >>

Outside of work, Elena spends most of her time with her family, with most weekends spent supporting her children on the side lines of their football and rugby matches! She also likes to run and has an energetic springer, to keep her on her toes!

Kate Webb

Ear Wax Removal Specialist

Kate is one of our team of wax removal specialists. She joined the Andrew Bird team earlier this year. Her background is nursing, specialising in ear care for the past 20 years. >>

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog Lily and eating out as often as possible.

Gill Young

Office Manager

Our new office manager is Gill. Gill joins us with extensive management experience to ensure the company’s smooth running as it continues to grow and develop. >>

Outside of work, Gill spends her time working with small animal charities and has adopted three dogs herself from Romania.

Laurie Crumpler

Receptionist/Administrator

Laurie joined us in May 2022 as a receptionist/administrator and has over 30 years experience working in customer services for various industries. >>

In her spare time, Laurie enjoys spending time with her fur baby called Bear, an American Bulldog who she rescued from the local shelter five years ago.

Mandy Cronje

Accounts

Mandy is our Senior Office Administrator. One of her main duties is to coordinate appointments for Andy and Rob. >>

In her spare time, Mandy enjoys painting and takes part in local art exhibitions. She is fascinated by history and her ideal pastime is roaming the halls of museums and art galleries.

Rebecca Maisey

Receptionist/Administrator

Rebecca has recently joined us from a busy GP practice to work as a receptionist/ administrator. Rebecca is looking after and organising our team of Ear Wax Removal Specialists. >>

Outside of work, Rebecca has her hands full with a continually active 4-year-old, spending lots of time outdoors and doing different activities.

Kim Creese

Receptionist/Administrator

Kim is one of our most experienced members of staff who organises and manages two of our Audiologists, Robert and Elena. >>

Kim loves spending time with friends and family, enjoy being at home with my husband Rod and our son Archie and our 2 dogs Nora and Raphael. We enjoy going out and trying new restaurants and enjoy watching Rugby.

Dominic Tavarez

Administrator/Marketing

Dominic is the newest member of the team and a recent graphic design graduate. His main responsibiliy is to manage our website and social media. >>

Outside of work, Dom spends most of his time cooking, weight training and getting scratched by his kitten Delilah.
