How trials work

Step 1.
The trial period starts with a fitting appointment, during we can adjust the settings of your chosen hearing aids to which you will undergo a hearing test. Using the results make them bespoke to your level of hearing loss and lifestyle so you can get the most out of your trial.

Step 2.
During the next 30 or so days you’ll spend adjusting to the hearing aids and getting a feel for how they could help you in your day to day life.

At the two week mark we’ll give you a call to see how you’re doing.
Step 3.
The trial will conclude with a follow up appointment which would have been booked during the fitting appointment, no more than 30 days earlier. During this appointment we will discuss how you got on with the hearing aids and if you would like to keep them.

Whether you choose to keep them or not we hope that you found the trial interesting and finish equipped with more knowledge to inform the next steps of your hearing journey.
